Fastloop Privacy Policy

At Fastloop ("Fastloop"), we strive to develop innovative products and services to benefit our users and registered users ("Members"). We recognize that privacy is an important issue, so we design and operate our products and services with your privacy in mind. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we may collect when you use our service ("Service"), which is further described in the Terms of Service ("TOS") available at http://www.fastloop.com/tos.php, as well as some of the steps we take to secure it.

What This Policy Covers

• This Policy covers how we treat personal information that we collect or receive from you when you use our Service. "Personal Information" is information about you that is personally identifiable like your social security number, name, address, email address, or phone number. In certain circumstances Personal Information may also include information that you post regarding your health and physical fitness.
• Personal Information may also include information that you enter about your performance in and preparation for certain athletic events including your finishing times, split times, and general race experience.
• This Policy does not apply to the practices of sponsors, event hosts, race web sites, companies and/or other entities that Fastloop does not own or control, to people that are not managed or employed by Fastloop, and/or to operators of sites to which you may link from the Fastloop site.

Data and Information Collection and Use

General

• Fastloop collects information from and about you when you register with Fastloop as a Member and you use Fastloop's Service.
• Users who visit Fastloop's site and do not register do not need to provide any Personal Information. Fastloop does, however, collect limited, non-personally identifying information from non-registered users that browsers make available whenever a user visits a website. This information includes your internet protocol address, browser type, browser language, cookies, and use patterns.
• When you register as a Member, we ask for information such as your name, email address, date of birth, gender, zip code, personal interests and a password. Your password will be maintained on our system in an encrypted form and you will be able to create a unique username that will identify you during login and when you are using the Service. Please note that Fastloop owns your username, grants you a license to use it while you are a Member, and reserves all rights to your username once you either cease to be a Member or following an extended period of inactivity, including but not limited to the right to revoke, reuse, resell or license your username.
• Once you register with Fastloop and sign into our site, you are not anonymous to us. For certain elements of the Service, such as our advertising programs, we may request credit card or other payment information which we maintain in encrypted form on secure servers.
• Fastloop uses the information we collect for the following purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, fulfill requests for products and service, improve our Service, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.
• Fastloop allows Members to securely store their personal health and training information and provides tools and services in order to better manage training and fitness programs. Some of these services require members to post additional information with Fastloop. This information may be used to provide you personalized information on your training program and/or to update you on other relevant products and services.

Posting on Fastloop's Service

• Use care when posting Personal Information or your personal content on our Service or in our Fastloop Communities (as defined below), particularly sensitive information such as social security numbers, financial information, information about your health, home addresses or phone numbers.
• If you post pictures and/or blog entries you should be aware that this information may be read and viewed by the users of the Service.
• You should be aware that, when you post information via Fastloop's Service, the information that you post - including but not limited to the content of the post, header information, username and email address associated with the posting - may be read, copied, used and re-distributed by people you do not know.
• The contents of the postings that you submit to the Service are stored and maintained on our servers in order to publish the postings and provide the Service. In order to protect our Members from email harvesting software and bots, we attempt to "mask" email addresses so that they are typically human readable but not machine readable. In addition, we collect and maintain information about your account activity, such as the contents of your posts, the links that you click on, your email activity, search inquiries, Fastloop Communities that you join or manage, messages or topics you track and your preferred settings when the using the Service.

Children

• To comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, the Service, including Fastloop Communities (as further described below), are only available to users and Members who are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, you may not use the Service.
• Fastloop needs to ask all users, including children under age 13, for certain Personal Information that is reasonably necessary to determine the user's eligibility to participate in the Service.

Fastloop Communities

• Fastloop offers an element of the Service that enables Members to create and maintain their own "Fastloop Community." A Fastloop Community consists of internet based discussions and other functionalities that allow participants in the Fastloop Group to communicate, track the progress of their physical fitness programs, and share personal information.
• Fastloop Communities include two types of discussions: publicly accessible discussions that anyone can access subject to the age restrictions described above (provided, however, that only Members can post to a Fastloop Community) and restricted discussions that are limited to Members who join the Fastloop Community. The leader of a Fastloop Community decides who can access the Fastloop Community and whether the Fastloop Community is public or restricted. You should also be aware that the leader of a Fastloop Community may change the restrictions on the Fastloop Community at any time.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

• Fastloop does not rent, sell, share, or otherwise disclose Personal Information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
• We may provide information to trusted partners who work on our behalf and who have entered into confidentiality agreements with us.
• Fastloop responds to valid subpoenas, court orders, and other legal proceedings. We also may disclose information if we deem it necessary to exercise our legal rights or to defend ourselves against legal claims.
• We will share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of any of our TOS, or as otherwise required by law.
• We may transfer information about you if we are acquired or merged with another company.

Information Security

• Fastloop takes appropriate physical and electronic measures to protect against unauthorized access to, alteration of, and disclosure of Personal Information.
• Access to Personal Information is limited to employees who need to know that information in order to provide our Service. All of our employees enter into confidentiality agreements with Fastloop.

Cookies

• Fastloop may set and access "cookies" on your computer. A "cookie" is a small file containing a string of characters that is sent to your computer when you visit a website. We use cookies to improve the quality of our Service, target advertising, and to better understand how people interact with us. We do this by storing user preferences in cookies and by tracking user trends and patterns of how you use our Service. Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. You can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent, but this may impact the quality of our Service.

Your Ability to Edit and Delete Account Information

• Fastloop may update and change this Policy from time to time.
